The Children will be able to spend time at the showroom Kid’s area learning about stone, watching some entertaining/educational programs/movies, playing with toys or reading books, enjoying candies, popcorn, hot chocolate, etc. while the adults can make their stone selections at their convenience. The yard and the warehouses which also serve as our slab and tile storage areas are not play yards for children. Materials are being constantly moved by forklifts and other heavy equipments to facilitate storing and viewing of the slabs to the full satisfaction of our customers. All children must be accompanied by adults who should exercise close supervision at all times. Please read our Cautionary signs and follow them strictly during your visit.
We love pets. We are concerned about the pets’ safety as well as our customers’ safety. All pets should be on a leash and should be controlled by the owners at all times. Considering the safety factor, we do not recommend anyone touching or feeding anybody else’s pet. Stoneville will not be responsible for any incidents, bites, injuries or damages to any pets or customers . The owners of the pets assume the responsibility and liability arising out of any incidents concerning the pets.
Our slabs are grouped and stacked together according to the block from which they are cut. Just imagine a loaf of bread (stone block) that is sliced (into slabs), except that the stone is really heavy!!. Though the slab with the face out will be representative of the whole block, you could expect some variations from slab to slab. While it is laborious and risky to move several slabs, if we feel that there could be major variations, we will be able to move more than one slab for you to select the material. After you have made your decision to buy a specific material, you will be able to inspect all the slabs that you buy.
Stoneville or its staff do not recommend or refer any contractors, fabricators or installers. As a customer, you have to use your research, judgment and discretion in selecting your contractor. Stoneville will not be responsible or liable for any work performed by or any actions of or any liability caused by the contractor or his/her crew.
